Return & Exchange Policy
At Southern Redemption Apparel, we want you to love your hand-printed shirt as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.
Returns
~We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
~Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn, unwashed, and resellable condition.
~Once we receive your return and confirm the condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
~If you need to exchange your shirt for a different size or design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
~Once approved, you’ll return the original shirt, and we’ll ship out your exchange as soon as possible.
~Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
-Email us at southernredemptionapparel@gmail.com with your order number and request.
-We’ll provide you with the return shipping address and next steps.
-Ship your item back to us in its original packaging.
-Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
~Items worn, washed, or not in their original condition.
~Final sale items, clearance, or custom orders.
